My intention is to help my patients to be their best selves. As a practitioner of acupuncture and herbal medicine, I integrate various therapies to prevent and treat disease. I believe working in conjunction with Western medicine often leads to the best results.
Acupuncture is an ancient healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow. Treatments are generally tailored to individual needs based on the patient's presentation, using very thin, single-use needles.
CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE
Herbal therapy is another aspect of Traditional Chinese Medicine meant to optimize the patient's health. Plant, animal, and mineral substances are combined for treatment and can be used both internally and/or topically depending on the individual case.
Sometimes you need more than acupuncture. Gua sha, cupping, moxabustion, tui na, essential oils, and heat therapy are some of the other modalities that may appear during your session.
